This was our second experience with a realtor. Our first was NOT great, so we did a little more research when looking to sell our home and buy another this time around. Julie was recommended to us by multiple people who each had quite a few detailed reasons why they loved working with her. And they were not wrong!

Right away we were impressed by her warm, friendly manner and interest to get to know us as people and not just clients. She was very professional and both gave suggestions and listened to thoughts/ideas that we had. She was available and easy to schedule things with. Then when going through the home buying process she worked diligently to do EVERYTHING in her power to get us the house - above and beyond our expectations by using her network to reach out directly to people she knew to make things happen. It was abundantly clear that she had our best interest at heart and guided us in our decisions based on her experience. We got the house we really wanted, yes by a bit of luck, but also with Julie making the moves she needed to behind the scenes to make it happen (we can see now that if she didn't do those things there was 0% chance our offer would have been accepted) And after the inspection when things came up she worked hard to make sure we were taken care of.

As far as the sale of our Morton home, it was a very quick and smooth process. She had me schedule the listings based on my availability and did the rest of the work with the realtors to be in the know of when things were coming in. She gave good recommendations of what we needed to do to get the house ready and we sold no problem. Great communication. Easy process.
